I don’t think I have really gotten into chatting about how much I am enjoying kettlebell training. There is so much more to it than just incorporating a few kettlebell rows into your workout, if you want more. I’ve got a few photos to share from training! I’m going to be getting my lifting ranks sometime soon. Which pretty much means that if I want to compete at kettlebell lifting then I can!
