Well, I had myself a lovely ice bath yesterday! It really really helped! My knees feel so much better. Now, granted they still hurt, a lot, but they aren’t nearly as swollen as I expected. Today, I’m staying off my feet, this morning I swam 600m with a foamie between my knees and hand paddles to hep me work on my upper body strength for swimming.
