Hi, my name is Erica and I’m a jewellery junkie. Bracelets, rings, necklaces, bangles, earrings, pretty much anything shiny. Like a crow. I’m ok with it, in fact, I’m proud of it. Nothing makes me happier than layering some playful wrist candy before I head out for my day of exciting adventures. Usually I’m training so much that lots of bangles aren’t practical, but yesterday was the most sacred of all days….SISTER DAY!! For the lovely miss Alana and I, sister day is very cherished time for us, we paint our nails, get dressed up, take photos in gardens, sing silly songs, watch our favorite shows, throw paint at eachother, pretty much just whatever we feel like! Yesterday, we did many of those things…and I put on some shiny bracelets!!
My lovely sister does such great work, doesn’t she!! Check out what she does on her blog: Dream Create.
I particularly love wearing jewellery that has specific meaning to me, things that have a story or came from somewhere or someone important to me. The bracelets I’m wearing, from left to right; silver bangle, made by my mom; silver wire horseshoe charm bracelet, from a Disney merchandise store in Animal Kingdom; another silver mom-made bangle; red and rhinestone bracelet, made by my sister: silver feather bangle, another Disney find; ‘all good things are wild and free’ bracelet, etsy shop mstarbuck, and finally, white bead gold horseshoe charm, Ettika jewellery!
